Who we are

Shipping Bucks runs the Shipping Bucks (SB$) rewards program. We're headquartered in Miami, Florida, and serve members across the Caribbean, The Bahamas and Latin America.

What we collect

• When you sign up: your name and email address, and, if you choose to share them, your phone number, the freight forwarder or courier you use and what you'd like to see in the marketplace.
• When you connect or upload shipments: details of those shipments, such as dates and amounts paid, so we can calculate your SB$.
• When you contact us: what you tell us in your message.

How we use it

We use your information to set up and run your Shipping Bucks account, link your forwarder or courier account, calculate and track your SB$, fulfil what you redeem in the marketplace, and contact you about your account.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the program: with the participating forwarder, courier or business whose shipments or purchases you connect, and with service providers that help us operate, such as the email service that delivers sign-ups to our team.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website, such as which pages are visited and whether sign-ups are completed. It uses cookies and collects information like your device, browser, approximate location and pages viewed. We use it only to improve the site. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Keeping it safe

We protect your information with appropriate security measures and keep it only as long as we need it to run your account or meet legal requirements.
